Terms and Conditions

  1. Service is provided conditioned upon the users acceptence of these terms and conditions without modification.  The following terms govern your access and use of the service.  Your use of the service constitues your agreement to all such terms as posted on this website.
  2. The user represents that it is authorized to accpet these terms even in behalf of an employer if such is the circumstance.  In the event of any violation of these terms, Compass Call Management, LLC (Compass) reserves the right to seek all remedies in equity of such violations to the degree the law will permit.
  3. All information collected by Compass will be treatd and guarded in accordance with the privacy laws.  No information will be shared or sold to any third party at any time.   
  4. Service is provided on a month-to-month basis.
  5. The User warrants that all information submitted is true and accurate and agees to pay all applicable charges incurred.
  6. The User agrees that the set up process of their account can take 3 to 5 business days on a standard set up, but could take longer depending on the set up requiremens.
  7. Payment is due monthly and is to be paid in advance
  8. The User authorizes Compass to charge their credit card each time the User uses or cause the service to be used.  If the payment method on file for your account is not valid, the User agrees to pay the total amount due upon demand.
  9. The "one time" $19.95 set up charge is required to activate your account and is payable in advance and is non-refundable.  
  10. The $29.95 monthly charge is a subscription fee and is also due in advance of each month and is non-refundable.  Upon signing up for services, the full subscription fee will be billed and at the beginning of the next month, the User will be bill again, but at a prorated balance.  The billing date will continue as the first day of each month.  
  11. Compass will assess a $0.10 per minute usage fee billed on 6 second increments-billed to the nearest 1/4 minute and only includes time the caller spends in the IVR system.
  12. Compass may submit charges each month for services listed in these terms without further authorization from the User and until the User has given notice to cancel service or to change payment method.  Compass is not responsible for charges or obligated to make a refund if it could not reasonably act on the Users notice.  Compass may require at least 10-days notice of chance in order to impliment such a change.
  13. Compass reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if full payment for services is not received by the 5th day of each month. 
  14. The "Compass for Small Business" program is intended for companies with less than 1,000 calls per month.  If a company exceeds the maximum volume, Compass will assess a $0.35 per minute fee on all calls over the maximum (to cover the additional port usage).

  16. A 30-day notice will be given prior to any change in rate 
  17. The User agrees that neither Compass or any of it's employees or affiliates will be liable to User or any third party directly, indirectly or incidental loss or damages resulting directly or indirectly arising in connection with services.  Furthermore, th User will indemnify and hold harmless Compass, it's employees and affiliates against any claim, suit, or damages that may result out of the relationship between User and Compass.
  18. User acknowledges that Compass has no control over the content of information transmitted by User or User's callers and that Compass does not examine how the User or User's callers put system to use and that the User holds Compass harmless for damages or other losses that may occur from such transmittals.
  19. The User agrees to not duplicate, copy, resell, exploit or access the services without the written consent of Compass.
  20. These terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the state of Utah, USA and this is the whole ageement.
