Compass requires no long term contract, no deposit (in most cases), no monthly minimum, or sizable set up fee.  Compass can handle calls 24 x 7 as well as bilingual requirements.  Compass is also very flexible and scaleable.     

Rates
Although, an official proposal is required to get exact pricing the following represents basic pricing:

items 1, 2 & 3 includes all cost to operate a basic campaign or project.  Items 4 - 15 are additional resources that are paid on a "need" basis or a custom campaign that requires additional resources.

3. Toll free Numbers - $10 each per month
4. OB Recording w/IVR - $0.25 per minute
5. Email or Fax - $0.15 each
6. Chat Port - $50 each per month
7. Dedicated Voice Port - $99 each per month
8. CRM Software - $1 per hour / $0.05 per minute
9. ACD Tool (stand alone - no agents) - $0.25 per call
10. Call Recording - $0.10 per minute
11. Reporting and Monitoring on Demand - $500 per month
12. Account Set Up & Major Support - $50 per hour
13. Professional Programming - $150 per hour
14. Training - $15 per hour
15. Consulting - $1k per day / $5k per month + expenses (negotiable)
