Overview
Compass Call Management, LLC was founded by Industry expert
Victor Midgley, a 25 year veteran of the call center industry.  Compass was officially organized in 2006 and emerged from Midgley's consulting firm which formed in 1999.

Compass currently handles more than 100,000 calls a month for various clients and has the capacity to receive more than 1 million calls a month.  The company is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah with satellite offices across the U.S. and choice remote agents through out the United States.

The unique technology acquired by Compass enables the company to manage small branches rather than one "super call center" that so often times is poorly managed.  The Compass technical platform also allows the company to lease its technology to clients with a desire to manage their own inhouse operation.
