Victor Midgley is the Founder and President of Compass Call Management.  Compass was created after a 9 year consulting career Midgley gave to the call center industry.

Victor Midgley has managed, owned and consulted call center operations for more than 25 years and is a renowned member of several associations and industry networking groups across the country.

Victor Midgley created Compass specifically to provide companies with either small volume or temporary outsourcing needs a professional option that would significantly enhance their business effort.

Compass also maintains a team of high level mangers to lead the call center operation.  One noticeable difference between Compass and other major call center providers is our thin layer of management.  This was an intentional design to cut out the bureaucracy so often found in other call centers.  All clients have easy access to all managers, but particularly the President Victor Midgley.
